IVF User's Delete Steps
Follow these steps in the app to request deletion of your account:
- Open the IVF Online 9 mobile app and log in to your account.
- Go to the Profile page from the bottom menu.
- Tap on the Delete Account button available on the Profile page.
- Confirm the account deletion request in the confirmation popup.
- After confirmation, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
- Once deleted, you will not be able to log in again using the same account.
Data Deleted
The following data associated with your account may be deleted permanently:
- User profile information
- Login account details
- Appointment history
- Uploaded documents and images
- Messages and app activity related to the account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained temporarily if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Medical compliance requirements
- Fraud prevention and security purposes
Deletion Timeframe
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed after processing.
