Delete Account

Instructions for removing your account through the IVF Online 9 mobile app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

IVF User's Delete Steps

Follow these steps in the app to request deletion of your account:

  1. Open the IVF Online 9 mobile app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile page from the bottom menu.
  3. Tap on the Delete Account button available on the Profile page.
  4. Confirm the account deletion request in the confirmation popup.
  5. After confirmation, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
  6. Once deleted, you will not be able to log in again using the same account.

Data Deleted

The following data associated with your account may be deleted permanently:

  • User profile information
  • Login account details
  • Appointment history
  • Uploaded documents and images
  • Messages and app activity related to the account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained temporarily if required for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Medical compliance requirements
  • Fraud prevention and security purposes

Deletion Timeframe

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed after processing.
